Affordable Electricity Plans That Are Simple and Hassle-Free

Choosing an electricity plan that’s right for you should be easy. It starts with understanding exactly what you’re signing up for, the price you pay for electricity, what the fees and charges are, and when your contract expires.

We want you to renew. Our goal is not to roll you into an expensive variable-rate plan after your fixed-rate plan expires and hope you don't notice.

  • Understand your options among the different plans
  • Understand the price, fees, and charges that make up your electricity rate
  • Know your contract expiration date, which is right there on every invoice
  • Get renewal reminders well in advance of your contract expiration date

A Word About Pricing

So, here’s the deal on pricing: sometimes we’re going to beat the competition and sometimes we’re not.  Our goal is to get you the best deal possible, but the reality is our plans—like everyone else’s — are based on wholesale electricity prices. And those change all the time. But we work our tails off to get you the best price we can.

If you ever consider leaving us for a reason other than price, we want to know about the problem so we can fix it.

Ever wonder what it means for you to make your electricity plan "green"?

Many people think that if they choose a green plan, they are getting power directly from a renewable energy source. It doesn't exactly work that way. See, renewable electrons are indistinguishable from electrons created through other means like fossil fuels (natural gas, coal, etc.). As a result, it is impossible for any electricity provider to ensure that the electrons that reach your home or business are generated from a renewable resource (no matter what they may say on their websites).

But choosing a green plan does support the renewable industry. Here's how it works. When you choose a green power plan, we purchase and retire "renewable energy credits", also known as "RECs", to effectively offset your usage with power generated from renewable sources such as wind, solar, geothermal, hydro, and biomass. Visit our FAQs to get more details.

And if you have solar panels, you can enroll into our Let Freedom Ring Green or Allegiance Green plans to participate in our solar buyback program.

TELL YOUR FRIENDS HOW MUCH YOU LOVE US AND GET REWARDED IN COLD HARD CASH.

Share The Love!

Share some love–and some cash. Take advantage of our Tell-A-Friend program to let others know about Revolution Energy. Here's how it works. When you enroll with us for service, we send you your very own personal promo code–no extra charge. If your friend enrolls into one of our introductory Let Freedom Ring or Let Freedom Ring Green plans and enters your promo code, you and your friend each get a $25 credit as our way of saying "thank you" from Revolution Energy. There is no limit to the number of times you can earn the credit; however, note that the person being referred to Revolution Energy will receive the bill credit on their sixth Revolution Energy invoice.  And you don't have to send it only to your friends (we won't tell)! Whenever anyone uses that code, everyone wins–or at least you and your friends win anyway. So, share the love, share some cash, make friends–it’s the Revolution way.

Email us at care@joinarevolution.com with any questions about the program.
