Let Us Know How We Can Help.

In colonial America, people mainly communicated using written letters. Talk about long hold times! But now we have lots of quick and easy ways for you to get in touch with us. If you've checked out our FAQs page and still have questions:

Report a Power Outage

TDU stands for Transmission and Distribution Utility. You'll recognize these providers as AEP Texas North, AEP Texas Central, CenterPoint Energy, Oncor Electric Delivery, and Texas-New Mexico Power. The TDUs are responsible for maintaining and servicing power lines. If you have an outage to report, please contact your local TDU.

Your TDU also maintains procedures for involuntary load shedding, which is rare, but can but occur in the event of a power emergency. More information by TDU can be found by clicking on TDU Load Shedding for your respective TDU.
